Why is it considered weird to throw TP into the trashcan in the bathroom?

The trashcan next to toilets is not for toilet paper with your...stuff...in it. It's for girls to throw their...stuff...when its that time of the month. Girls wrap it in toilet paper and then throw it in so that you can't see their...stuff... Make sense? Now, promise to throw your toilet paper in toilets from now on! By the way, public bathrooms have trash cans too.
