I made a girl bleed during ...why?

Could it be that my is too long and it hit something? all I know is that it was pretty freaky and left me on a border line limp mode it was pretty gross I thought she was really wet but DA*N its was blood(gags). Any reasons? I was hittin it hard too but slow and hard to give a little detail. Help!!
