I had general anaesthetic for an exploratory and biopsy hysteroscopy and am still very poorly. Has anyone?

hiya - I had an op under gen. an in Feb. was given morphine at first, then onto Tramadol but they made me itch like mad. I lasted 12 hrs on them. so they put me on Dihydrocodeine. My tummy hurt badly after.Lots of cramps couldn't poo or eat well for 3 weeks!!! Doc moved things along (!) with a laxitive. I put it down to the anaesthetic. I felt normal after a month. Don't know for sure what caused it, but I know exactly how you feel. Hope you mend soon. take care x
