What will happen if I got someone pregnant on a cruise?

Let’s say I had a one night stand with someone on a cruise! If I got her pregnant by any chance and if I am never going to see her again, how would I know if I got someone pregnant? If my phone number is unlisted and I am untraceable, will I still be found or be known if I am the dad of someone who is pregnant? For an example, if I had with someone on a cruise and of course I am never going to see that person again and that person doesn’t have my contact information and if she got pregnant because of me, how would they know I am the dad? Will someone be able to trace me and find me as the responsible father?
