You should be around 115-120. Only lose about 10 ibs and you'll be in great shape. Cut out your really salty food and limit the sweets. Dont completely cut them out bc then you will hate you new eating routine. Eat 6 times daily...3 meals and 3 snacks. You can eat a bedtime snack(it wont hurt you, it will actually give you more energy for the next day. STRECH first then do 30 mins of cardio(anything that get your heart pounding) and 10 mins of walking after. Drink A LOT of water to keep you hydrated. Good luck =]
