Where can I buy a Zebra?

I would LOVE to have a zebra :) I have owned horses for three years now, and I was wondering if anyone knew the average temperance of a zebra, if they are docile, or absolutly crazy? also, where would be the best place to buy one if you aren't willing to spend $15000 on one? I live in FL btw, so please try and keep the place in the Southeast region of USA
