Torchwood: what happened to tosh and owen?

Toshiko was shot. Also, as far as anyone knows, Owen is trapped for eternity in a air-tight room which is filled with lethal radiation, probably playing I-spy with himself as he's essentially a zombie after having been brought back by the Resurrection Gauntlet.
