Is this healthy for a 15 year old?

Im 15, 5'6", 116-119lbs. I feel like my arms are extremely skinny so i began to workout only my upper body including abs, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps. Im also taking a protein shake everytime after workout. Anyways, my question is, is it bad if i lift weights at an early age?? Will it mess up my growth spurt or anything like that?? I also have curves for a guy isnt that bad also?? Gow can i get rid of the curves :3 and make my arms bigger :3
