HVAC Thermostat question?

I'm no expert, but it sounds like the wires got crossed. You better call the furnace company or a licensed electrician to get it sorted out. When I looked up your thermostat's model number, three choices came up. Maybe the thermostat is the wrong kind for your furnace and fan combo. Good luck.
