How can I find local Left 4 Dead servers/groups that aren't populated with 12yr olds?

Whining, mic spamming, rage quitting, team fragging, noob sucking, etc. These are a few of my least favorite things. :P And it's usually kids that perpetrate them. Does anyone know where I can find a list of local steam groups and/or servers who don't allow children? Thanks!
