Have you ever ordered from Bridalpeople.com?

Have you ever ordered from Bridalpeople.com? If so, Im sorry. If not, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!! We just ordered our cake topper, wine gles and guest pen from them. It took 4 weeks to recieve our package. 3 weeks just to process the order. Our cake topper NEVER came and no one even bothered to tell us that we wouldnt get it. The pen is BIC quality and the gles arrived dirty. Please, dont ever order anything from Bridalpeople.com. The customer service dept. never answers the phone or any emails!!
