Doesn't the "no true scottsman" fallacy prove that there are no false claims?

If I say you were not a christian because of your behavior, and you say it's the "no true Scotsman" fallacy, doesn't that mean nobody who claims to be something is lying? What if i came up to you and said I was a poached egg?
